Profile: Yeah! Burger - the gourmet burger specialists
We are incredibly excited to announce yet another new restaurant that will be available for delivery exclusively via Wings.
Yeah! Burger specialises in hand-pressed gourmet burgers served with seasonal sides, local produce and signature in-house dressings.
Their menu spans a range of vegetarian and vegan options alongside their classic beef and chicken burgers. The flavours they've crafted are inspired by American and Korean dishes, as well as their own signature sauces.
Owners Adam Newman and Scott Hopkins started their business as a response to the comparatively lacklustre range of burger offerings they were used to.
"We launched our restaurant after realising the food we cooked was much better than the restaurants we currently worked for," they told us. "We wanted to make and inclusive menu for people of all dietary requirements so they can enjoy the flavour profiles we love."
They're currently collaborating with Brave Sir Robin in Finsbury Park, to pair with their 19 rotating craft beer taps in what they describe as a "perfect match".
Their signature dish is the self-titled Yeah! Burger. They describe it as "the perfect balance of rich locally sourced beef, salad and a our slightly piquant house made sauce."
They create this with locally-sourced, fresh ingredients and offer a range of seasoned and loaded fries on the side.
