Rider behaviour
Very occasionally, we know rider behaviour can cause problems, resulting in refunds and a bad experience for your staff and customers.
Other platforms struggle to address these issues, as their riders are freelancers with little connection to the company.
All our riders are employees and members of a tight team, who take pride in their work. We don’t believe you will have any issues with us, but if you do we can address them quickly.
